🗂️ Required Documents for Admission

Document Details
Mark Sheets & Certificates 2 sets attested copies of all mark sheets and certificates of S.S.C, H.S.C, B.Sc or equivalent (for M.Sc. Engg/M.Engg), and M.Sc.Engg/M.Engg or equivalent (for Ph.D. program).
National ID 2 attested copies of National ID.
Photographs 2 recent passport size colour photographs.
Employer’s NOC Required for part-time students holding jobs.
Undertaking Form Filled up Undertaking Form must be submitted.

📋 Admission Procedure

  1. Please check the Admission & Course Registration Fees Document to see your admission and course registration fees.
  2. Download the blank money receipt (PDF or DOCX), print it and fill it up. You may also fill it up first and print it afterwards.
  3. In the money receipt, write:
    • Student No: Your Applicant ID (26040###)
    • Semester: April 2026
  4. Submit your admission and course registration fees from 29 March 2026 to 02 April 2026 into the bank account given below.

Bank: Trust Bank Limited (Administrative Tower, Ground Floor), MIST
Banking Time: 10:00 am - 02:00 pm
  1. Submit the required admission documents as listed above.
  2. After admission, you will get a message for course registration. Login to PG Portal (pgp.mist.ac.bd) and register for courses.
  3. Generate your course registration form, print it, take necessary signatures, and bring 04 copies of the registration form along with the main copy to the Registration Office from 05 April 2026 to 09 April 2026.
  4. You will also need to complete your registration with Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). You will be notified about this by phone or through the notice section of the PG Portal.
  5. You can add/drop course within 26 April 2026.
